Two different kinds of money move through your Lameda account, and it is worth being clear on which is which before either one confuses you.
Customer payments
This is the money your customers pay you for what they buy: a dress, a bag of skincare products, a bulk order. It moves from the customer through Paystack, gets verified automatically, and is confirmed as a sale in your Orders queue and your Books. This money is yours; Lameda does not take a cut of individual transactions beyond whatever standard Paystack processing fees apply.
Lameda billing
This is the monthly subscription fee you pay Lameda for the platform itself: Starter at ₦5,000/month, Growth at ₦15,000/month, or Pro at ₦40,000/month. It is a flat, predictable cost for running your assistant, catalogue, and dashboard, and it has nothing to do with how much any individual customer paid you. You can see your plan, renewal date, and payment method for this fee in the Billing section of your dashboard.
