The sidebar looks like a lot at first. In practice, each section maps to one job your business already does; this is just where that job now lives.
Catalogue
Everything you sell: photos, prices, descriptions, variants like size or colour, and stock levels. This is what your assistant shows customers when they browse, so it is the section that needs the most upkeep. If a product is out of stock, update it here first.
Orders
Every order your assistant has captured, from the moment a customer commits to buy through payment verification to fulfilment. This is your queue: the list you check to know what needs packing, shipping, or handing over today.
Customers
A running record of everyone who has messaged your store: who they are, what channel they came in on, and their order history. Useful for spotting repeat buyers and for context before you jump into a Handoff conversation.
Analytics
Your sales trends over time: what is selling, what is not, and how this week compares to last. This is the section to check before deciding what to restock or what to push in a broadcast.
Billing
Your own Lameda subscription: which plan you are on, when it renews, and your payment method for the monthly fee. This has nothing to do with customer payments; it is what you pay Lameda, not what customers pay you.
Books
Automatic bookkeeping: every sale and expense logged, with VAT computed at 7.5% on taxable sales under the FIRS 2026 framework. This is the section that turns a busy week of orders into records you could actually hand to an accountant or use for filing.
Broadcasts
A way to message every opted-in customer across Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram at once, useful for restock announcements, promotions, or letting past buyers know about something new.
Handoffs
Where a human takes over a specific conversation the assistant flagged, or that a customer asked for directly. This is not a general inbox; it is the queue of conversations that need you, specifically, rather than an automated answer.
Knowledge
The FAQs and business information your assistant is allowed to answer from. You write these; the assistant never invents answers outside of them. If a customer asks something your assistant does not know, the fix is adding it here, not hoping it improvises correctly.
Leads
People who showed interest but have not converted into a paying customer yet, such as someone who asked about a product and went quiet, for instance. Worth reviewing before a broadcast or a follow-up push.
Referrals
Tracks how customers or other merchants found their way to your store through referral, where that applies to your account.
Settings
Your business profile, channel connections, and account-level configuration. This is also where your operating hours and delivery details live, which your assistant relies on to answer customer questions correctly.
Team
Add sales reps with permissions scoped below owner-level, so they can help manage orders and customers without touching your payments, books, or settings.
- Day to day, you will live mostly in Orders, Catalogue, and Handoffs.
- Weekly, check Analytics and Books.
- As needed, use Broadcasts, Leads, Knowledge, and Team.
None of these sections require training to use; they mirror tasks you were already doing by hand. The dashboard just keeps them in one place instead of scattered across notebooks, screenshots, and memory.
