Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Changes apply from your next billing cycle, so you never lose access mid-month.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose a plan and add a payment method to continue. If you do nothing, your store simply stops taking new orders. Nothing is charged automatically, and no card is required to start the trial.
Do you charge transaction fees on top of the subscription?
No. Paystack handles payment processing and applies its own standard processing fee on each transaction, the same as it would on any other platform. Lameda’s only charge is the flat monthly subscription: we do not take a cut of your sales.
Which channels are included?
Every plan includes Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram. There is no extra charge per channel, connect however many of the three your customers actually use.
